This standard exterior door frame with panel is a hand-made individual bespoke item, which will be primed ready for painting. Frame will be made from good quality, strong and long lasting hardwood, as it was for most of the Victorian, Edwardian or 1930’s Periods.

Door Frame Draught Proofing

All of our door frames are available with or without Aquamac & Schlegel draught proofing. We highly recommend you purchase with draught proofing, as this is one of the cheapest and most efficient ways to save energy (and money) in your home.

Door Frame Dimensions

Please ensure you have allowed clearance for installation, which is usually around 10mm (1cm). All of our door frames are available up to a maximum size of 2134mm Wide x 2440mm High.

Door Frame Requirements

– By default we will create the frame for doors opening inward. If you require outward, please contact us.
– If you would like to purchase a matching set of glass panels to suit, please contact us.
– If you are in need of a ‘Cill’ (also known as the Macclesfield step) please contact us.
